We choose to use soy wax because it’s non-toxic, biodegradable, and produces minimal soot, making it a healthier choice for both you and the environment.

2. What are the sizes of the candles you offer?
We offer two sizes for our hand-poured soy wax candles:
- 18 oz containers: Ideal for medium sized spaces and make the perfect gift. These candles provide up to 70 hours of burn time.
- 35.75 oz containers: Our largest size, perfect for larger rooms or extended use, offering up to 140 hours of burn time.

3. How long will my candle burn?
The burn time of each candle depends on its size:
- 18 oz candle: Approximately 50-70 hours depending on burn conditions.
- 35.75 oz candle: Approximately 120-140 hours depending on burn conditions.

4. How should I care for my candle to ensure the best burn?
Here are a few simple tips for getting the most out of your candle:
- Trim the wick: Keep the wick trimmed to about 1/4 inch before each use to avoid soot and ensure a clean burn.
- Burn for 3-4 hours: For the best scent throw and even wax pool, allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hours at a time.
- Keep away from drafts: Avoid placing your candle in areas with strong air currents, which can cause uneven burning or flickering.
- Extinguish properly: Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame. Avoid blowing it out directly, as this may cause splattering wax.

Yes! Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, which is a renewable and biodegradable resource. The containers are reusable or recyclable, and we use **lead-free cotton wicks** for a clean burn. Our packaging is minimal and recyclable to reduce waste.

7. Are your candles safe to use?
Absolutely! Our soy wax candles are made from natural, non-toxic materials, and we use lead-free cotton wicks to ensure a safe burn. When used according to the provided instructions, our candles are perfectly safe for your home. However, as with any open flame, always keep candles within sight and out of reach of children or pets.

8. Do you offer gift options or custom orders?
Yes! We offer packaging options which would include a white box, and label seal. You can also personalize your candle with custom scents or labels for special events like weddings, birthdays, or corporate gifts.

9. How should I store my candles?
To keep your candles in the best condition, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Sunlight can cause the wax to discolor and may impact the fragrance over time.

10. How do I know when my candle is finished?
When there is about 1/4 inch of wax remaining in the container, it’s time to stop burning the candle. This will help prevent the container from overheating and ensure safe use. You can repurpose the container for storage or as a decorative piece once the candle is finished!

11. Can I return or exchange a candle?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on candles for scent preferences or change of mind, but we are happy to assist with any other concerns.

12. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

13. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S. For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We also offer local delivery in the surrounding areas for $5 or we have a free pickup option in Plano, TX.
